• Required 5 years' analytical experience in enterprise eCommerce:

o Transaction views: customer progression, conversion, and fallout

o Errors and error scenarios

o Customer experience feedback (Foresee, OpinionLab)

o Deep-dive analysis

• 4-5 years' experience with Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metrics, Power BI

• Proactive and anticipatory problem solver

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
