ServiceNow (SNOW) Development Lead. 8+ years of experience with SNOW, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Service Portal, and Custom App Development. Experience supporting SNOW customization, administration and configuration.

Daily Duties/Tasks:

• Oversee and guide SNOW development team.

• Create technical documentation describing solution.

• Configure and develop ITSM, SPM and other modules.

• Plan, prep and execute SNOW releases.
