•        Design, implement, manage, and maintain highly complex, secure, and reliable network ServiceNow infrastructure.

•        Design ServiceNow Platform, including integration strategy (e.g., utilizing infrastructure platform APIs via SOAP and/or REST APIs) and performance.

•        Defines, guides, and supports the execution of technical governance processes (e.g., platform change review).

•        Design, develop, and maintain integrations with other applications such as Active Directory, Workday Altiris, Casper, Jira

•        Designing, engineering and configuring ServiceNow to automate internal Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes

•        A strong background of ServiceNow development

•        Experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow security architecture

•        Certification - ITIL, ITSM, EA, JSON, API, REST, XML, SOAP, V3, HR
