Provide guidance to the team for resolving the incidents within SLA.
Able to resolve P1/P2 incidents within SLA independently if required.
Analyze the incidents on quarterly basis and provide long term solutions to reduce the  # of incidents over the period.
Expertise in configuring S4 HANA Purchase module, various buying channels (Stock procurement, Free Text, Complex services), 3 way match, pricing condtitions to handle freight, discounts, accruals. Complete understanding of Flexible and classical workflow setup with and without SAP HCM Org structure,
Understanding of MRO planning using tools such as Maximo MROIO or SAP IBP MRO solutions. Expertise in MRP(Consumption based planning),Inventory management,Cycle counting,
Expertise in configuration RLM (Remote Logistics Management) and ability to setup different processes such as Stock Mine,supply base,On demand mine,stock supply base,Stock Mine deliver via supply base and On Demand Delivey via supply base for both stock and direct charge materials. Shipping using handling units.Retunrs handling.define and usage of various master data objects for RLM and Shipping.
Expertise in configuring WHM in the areas of inbound and warehouse internal processes and cycle count. Define WHM Master data objects, stratgeies for put away and removal and return teansfers.Integration with RLM mdule.Differnt forms and outputs.
Mobility-Worked on SAP mobility for completing various warehouse transactions such as goods receipts, goods issues, cycle counting, bin to bin transfer, stock overview and integration to SAP/OPen text.
Full understanding with SAP Plant Maintenance ,Human capital management and Account payable processes and integration with Materials Management .
Ability to debug for problem solving/error resolution if required and work with technincal teams for faster resolution.
