Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Java and maintenance, enhancements, and triaging for large, complex systems.

• 5+ years of RESTFUL microservices development, Spring Boot, REST, JSON, and Java 8 multithreading

• Hands-on experience with containers, AWS cloud, automation, security, configuration management

• Experience in commonly used AWS services like EC2, Kubernetes, VPC, Lambda etc

• Experience in tools such as Maven, Docker, ELK stack, Jenkins

• Experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining Java-based microservices in an AWS environment.

• MUST HAVE: Good communication skills, Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to debug production and performance issues using tools like Sumologic, JMETER and other observability (Grafana) tools. Ability to lead high priority incident bridges and solve complex issues.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Reactive Programming paradigm Spring Webflux or AKKA

• Working experience with RDBMS (ORACLE, Postgres) and No SQL databases (Casandra, MongoDB, Redis)

• Understanding/exposure to Graph database, Apache Kafka

• Understanding of SOAP calls and how to integrate with legacy SOAP applications.

• Understanding of Spring cloud gateway, MQ, Apache web server, and load balancing
