Maintain WFS application: Create/deploy/implement departments not inititally within scope. Kronos Self Scheduling, matrix development, and workload generation support and configuration, application testing, monitor scheduling interface for errors, Manage scheduling user provisioning,  functional configuration to resolve set up issues,Proactively consult and implement best practice processes and consistency on shifts, patterns, etc.
Participate in software requirements gathering and documentation, development, configuration testing, and validation
Learns the scheduling system during the project in order to support the system post go live.
