¿ 12+ years' experience and proven specialization in Infrastructure discovery
¿ Experience with using CSDM framework in enhancing the CMDB and using that to
implement Service Mapping.
¿ Experience in driving the customer needs proactively and drive the requirements/design
to conclusions with consulting approach.
Preferred Certifications:
¿ ServiceNow Admin
¿ ServiceNow Implementation Specialist,
¿ ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
