    Education and Experience:
        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
        Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with at least 3 years focused on HRSD.

    Technical Skills:
        Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
        Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and components.
        Experience with ServiceNow HRSD module, including Employee Service Center, HR Case Management, and Knowledge Management.
        Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools.
        Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

    Soft Skills:
        Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
        Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:
    ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD.
    Experience with ServiceNow Mobile App development.
    Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
    Experience in HR process improvement and HR technology implementations.
