• Manage the global delivery of SEC Treasury Clearing regulatory change. This requires a cross regional, cross entity deliveries and a lot of co-ordination across various teams globally.
• The role will require to capture, translate Regulatory requirements to business requirements and further into system requirements
• The role will be cross functional working with the Business, Operations, Finance and Risk to flush out requirements and technical changes

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business partners to understand needs, define cross functional plan, project scope etc.
• Create Project plan in line with Project Management Methodology
• Review plans and milestones with Project Board and Programme Board; obtain approval for changes
• Manage risk, issues, dependencies. Clear path/escalate accordingly
• Enter and maintain RAG/Schedule date/comments milestones
• Raise change control requests (as required)
• Support quality assurance reviews
• Manage Project Financials
• Should be able to interact with Senior Management and articular/escalate issues
• Manage delivery objectives within scope of this project
• Document project artifacts include requirements etc
• Report metrics to ensure project deliveries are tracked, accurately reported, and met

Minimum Requirements

• Demonstrate strong leadership, influencing and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Fixed Income settlements is required
• Knowledge of Sponsored Repo is required
• Prior experience with Regulatory deliveries preferred
• Prior experience working with FICC preferred
• The candidate must be a detail oriented.
• The candidate must be a self starter with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Builds cross regional relationships and must be open to working different timezones globally
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Visio required.
• +7 years’ experience in Project Management preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile preferred.
