- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.

- Conduct data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data transformations.

- Perform SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate, and validate data in various databases, including relational databases and data warehouses.

- Collaborate with data engineers, ETL developers, and business analysts to understand data requirements and ensure testing coverage.

- Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues, defects, and discrepancies in ETL workflows and SQL queries.

- Document and report test results, defects, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, and sprint planning meetings.

- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies for ETL and SQL testing.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ETL testing and SQL testing.

- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data validation and analysis.

- Strong understanding of ETL concepts, processes, and tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS).

- Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) and data warehouse platforms.

- Knowledge of data modeling principles and techniques.

- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for test automation is a plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
