This position is ideal for someone who has ServiceNow platform development knowledge and experience. The desired candidate will have these skills:
- ServiceNow configuration experience, ideally with exposure to GRC/IRM applications. Includes workflow, service request, integration (data feeds, etc.)
- Permissions - create Users, Groups and assigned users to groups and roles to groups.
- Configuration - create Fields within Governance, Risk and Compliance, custom tables, fields and proper access control
- Familiar with Service Catalog, Configuration Management
- Experience with various modules in ServiceNow
- Experience with java scripting within ServiceNow
- Experience with translating requirements to system functionality
- Excellent documentation skills, strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Team player, collaboration
- CIS – Risk and Compliance and/or CIS- TPRM Required
