(what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
Works with business and technical staff to develop application modules/features that meets business needs.
Builds applications compliant with application frameworks and standards and assists in maintaining them.
Identify application modules, interfaces and their interdependencies.
Assist the development team in platform verification.
Review regression test results.
Support for System, Integration and UAT testing.
Familiar with Software development life cycle, knowledge of agile framework, and has worked on project implementing agile methods.
Troubleshoots issues that arise and escalates as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications:

Excellent working knowledge of Delphi development and upgrade – 5 to 7 years
Understanding of ASP .NET technology – 1 to 3 years.
Effective communication skills to convey complex and technical information both orally and in writing.
Ability to work independently and effective coordination with teams.
