Graphic Designer

++ Need Marketing, Content development, Graphic design and Html++

• Product Marketing , energy waste reduction on residential and business side of product

• Create graphic design to motivate folks to use CMS products

• Take ownership of projects to engage audience

• Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe animated, illustrator and photoshop

• Bonus skills: photography skills and After effects skills

• Fast Paced environment

• Open to any industry background

• Creativity and thinking outside of the box important

• Design tends to be all short form. Direct mail, display ads, animated display ads, post cards, print ads. Campaign focused one offs.

• Mind for process, tracking and project management skills a plus

Must Have:

• Understanding of and practical application of graphic design programs (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)

• Experience in web site design and content development

• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and basic design principles

• Ability to juggle several projects simultaneously

• Excellent storyteller

• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability, with the ability to move seamlessly across diverse business groups and geographical cultures

• Photography skills are a bonus

• After effects skills will set you apart

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, business, or related field

• [OR] associate’s degree in graphic design, business, or related field with two (2) or more years of applicable experience

• [OR] High School Diploma with ten (10) or more years of applicable experience

• Experience in a fast-paced marketing organization or corporate brand department preferred
