The Program Manager - SAP S/4 HANA Implementation has overall responsibility for the planning and technical execution of the SAP S/4 HANA Implementation Project as well as Transformation activities related to the project This position oversees the planning, execution, and control of all aspects of the program, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks, issues, and stakeholder management. This position works closely with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations, objectives, and outcomes. This position also ensures adherence to the Danaher Business System and best practices for SAP S4 HANA Implementation.

This position is part of the IT Project Management Office and will be in Sunnyvale.

Job Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of leading SAP S4 Implementation projects, systems, processes, and suppliers.
• Experience with managing suppliers, including successfully implementing supplier service changes.
• Experience in driving technology change and rollouts.
• Ability to create business cases and get approval from C-level executives and business partners.
