•    Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand trade promotion strategies, requirements, and objectives. Design and configure SAP TPM solutions to support trade promotion planning, execution, and analysis.
•    Configuration: Customize SAP TPM modules, including Promotion Planning, Funds Management, Claims, and Analytics, to align with business processes and objectives. Configure pricing conditions, promotion types, trade funds, and accruals according to business rules and guidelines.
•    Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP TPM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP CRM, SAP ECC) and external systems (e.g., Retail Execution systems, Trade Promotion Optimization tools) to ensure data consistency and process automation.
•    Master Data Management: Define and maintain master data elements such as customer hierarchies, product hierarchies, trade agreements, and promotion calendars to support accurate and timely execution of trade promotions.
•    Promotion Execution: Monitor and oversee the execution of trade promotions, including promotion creation, approval workflows, promotion tracking, and settlement processes. Ensure compliance with promotion guidelines, budgets, and timelines.
•    Analytics and Reporting: Develop reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track trade promotion effectiveness, ROI, and trade spend. Analyze promotion performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
•    User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end users on SAP TPM functionality, processes, and best practices. Address user inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests in a timely and effective manner.
•    Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of SAP TPM industry trends, best practices, and new features. Identify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, and innovation to drive continuous improvement and business value.
