Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Support

System Support and Maintenance:
- Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with other teams.
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
User Assistance and Training:
- Assist users in understanding and effectively using Oracle Cloud functionalities.
- Develop and conduct training sessions and create user documentation.
- Provide ongoing user support and address any queries or concerns.
Process Improvement:
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with stakeholders to implement best practices and streamline operations.
- Customize Oracle Cloud applications to better align with business requirements.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and processes.
- Generate reports and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Document issue resolutions and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with IT and business teams to align Oracle Cloud solutions with business strategies.
- Coordinate with Oracle support for technical issues and updates.
- Work closely with offshore team and ensure the deliverables/incidents are well managed within the defined SLAs
- Engage with third-party vendors as needed for system integrations and enhancements.
