Lead and collaborate with a solution integrator to design, develop, and implement a Salesforce solution, using Salesforce components, including Public Sector Solutions, ensuring they align with client requirements and Salesforce best practices.
Develop custom applications, integrations, and automation using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
Design and implement data models, workflows, process builders, and Lightning flows to optimize business processes.
Develop and assist with data migration strategies and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and quality.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
Conduct vendor code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers to maintain high-quality code.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and data integrity problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
Participate in client meetings, provide technical expertise, and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of reusable components, frameworks, and best practices to enhance productivity and quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least two years in a lead or senior role.
