Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions, including custom web parts, workflows, and integration with other systems.Develop web applications using .NET framework, C#, and React.js.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement new features.Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint, .NET, and React applications.Implement data migration strategies to move data from legacy systems to SharePoint.Develop and maintain technical documentation for SharePoint, .NET, and React applications.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the SharePoint, .NET, and React development space.? Ability to identify and prioritize the organization?s functional and technical needs and requirements.? Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols.? Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.? Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.?
