  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and Test Driven Development

  • Experience with development, deployment, and support of large-scale distributed applications in a mission-critical production environment
  • Create automated unit tests for both existing code and new projects.
  • Ability to understand system functionality and process
  • Responsible to handle P1/P2/P3 incidents.
  • Responsible to attend pager alerts and bridge calls and should be able to drive the calls and fix any critical issues/incidents.
  • Responsible for release/change control of technical changes to solution design with support of other departments
  • Should join daily onshore/offshore status calls and provide clarifiactions to offshore by contacting respective teams/persons in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for response/restoration SLAs for all incidents (P1/P2/P3/P4/P5) that comes during CST business hours.
  • Should be willing to provide critical incident support (P1/P2 and escalated P3) during the weekend as well as US long weekends.
  • Should be willing to provied extended hours support if required for critical incident support (P1/P2 and escalated P3) .
  • Good communication with clients/operational managers & problem solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards, legislation and best practice
  • Ability to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues and solutions
