o Business Intelligence helps support the information delivery, analytics, and decision support needs of the organization.

o In this role you will create and analyze routine reports, serve as analytical and reporting support to key strategic programs, respond to ad-hoc data requests, and work with other members of the Charitable Analytics team to shape the future of analytics at Schwab Charitable.

Required qualifications:

The Contract BI Developer is responsible for working with the Schwab Charitable Business Intelligence team to assist with: 

o Ad-hoc reporting – utilizing Google BigQuery SQL, ETL, and tools like SAP Crystal Reports, Alteryx, MS Excel, and Tableau

o Publishing organizational metrics

o Dashboard builds

o Self-service support

o Routine reporting

o Updates to existing reports to support organizational changes and growth

o Data source updates and development

o Strategic program reporting and analysis as needed 

• The team has continued to move away from Teradata, so they need to have advanced SQL 

skills to be able to pull the data grom BigQuery into Tableau. They have a front door intake 

which is what they will be pulling a lot of these reports for
