JD:
• Strong SAP PLM Recipe Management experience in a team lead role
• Strong configuration and functional experience in this area
• Support project lead to design global Recipe Management - PLM processes and develop technical design for workflows, reports and forms.
• Build of prototype PLM system with configuration of selected processes. Demo to business user.
• Functional design with system configuration, unit testing and cut over planning will belong to required task of the consultant.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and knowledge of best practices
• Industry experience in industrial or metals clients or discrete/process manufacturing project experience strong pluses
• Must be confident and able to articulate point of view to the client team in a consultative manner
• Training of Customer resources

Education and/or Experience
• Excellent, relevant experience with SAP PLM / QM / MM
• Focus on Recipe Management and SAP Collaborative Product Development for process industry
• Experiences from Chemical industry or similar process industry
• Senior functional developer: configurations, integrations
• Experience with excellent knowledge of Material Master Data and recipes
• Experience with blueprints is required
• Experience with roll out’s is desirable
• Knowledge of SAP Integration
• Understanding of ABAP OO / coding is desirable
• Documentation capabilities (User documentation, training material)
