Identifying and persistently pursuing issue resolution with team project members and the project stakeholder community.
Facilitating project meetings to clarify business needs and promote decision making. This includes, but is not limited to, preparing agendas in advance of meetings and preparing meeting minutes and action items.
Collaborating with project team members and project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are understood and that roles and responsibilities are well defined.
Overseeing and coordinating vendors that support rules extraction and use case documentation, including scope adherence, methodology adherence, resource management, deliverable review, deliverable approval, and progress reporting.
