• Design and Architecture:
• Lead the design and development of integration solutions using Mulesoft Any point Platform.
• Define and document integration patterns, best practices, and standards.
• Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Implementation:

• Oversee the implementation of Mulesoft solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to build and deploy Mulesoft integrations.
• Provide hands-on leadership in the development of complex integrations and API management.
• Technical Leadership and C4E
• Serve as the technical expert for Mulesoft, guiding teams on integration best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor and train junior developers and other team members on Mulesoft technologies.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and manage expectations.
• Coordinate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Mulesoft solutions within the broader IT ecosystem.
• Performance 

Optimization:

• Monitor and optimize the performance of MuleSoft integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration performance and functionality.
• Implement best practices for error handling, logging, and monitoring.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration architectures, designs, and implementations.
• Ensure solutions comply with security policies, data governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
