• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role, with expertise in data visualization and dashboard development.

• Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.

• Familiarity with property and casualty insurance concepts and metrics, such as loss ratios, combined ratios, and actuarial analysis, preferred.

• Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis using tools like Power Query and DAX.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Relevant certifications in Power BI or related technologies are a plus.
