The State of Michigan is seeking a Business Analyst 5 to support the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget (DTMB) Agency Services for the Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) Agency. The role involves working on IT solutions for energy rebates, including design, analysis, and monitoring. This position requires excellent customer service skills, strong facilitation, and the ability to navigate DTMB policies and practices effectively.

 Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Elicitation: Conduct business process reviews, gap-fit analysis, and document requirements.

User Stories Management: Develop and manage user stories on Agile projects.

Senior Management Facilitation: Work with senior management to develop strategies and roadmaps.

Compliance Support: Assist in the development of statements of work and work agreements.

Public IT Solutions:Develop and implement IT solutions for public use.

Program Analytics:Conduct analytics on program effectiveness.

IT Infrastructure Projects : Support IT infrastructure projects.

Regulatory Compliance: Work with state and federal regulations.
