To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst (SFDC-BSA)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM
• Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements
• Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and industry.
• Experienced in creating functional requirements, managing product backlog, and Sprints.
• Experienced working as a bridge between business units and IT teams. 
• Experienced working with Agile Methodologies (Scrum or SAFe) Preferred Certifications*
• Collaborate with other internal and external IT teams on integration testing and deployments. 
• Prior technical background or experience with Salesforce is a must,
