Seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst for a multi-year Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project. You will collaborate with department stakeholders to understand business goals and implement technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and document business processes, policies, and procedures.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement in various business practices like HR and Finance.
- Analyze and prioritize business requirements.
- Develop scenarios, use cases, and test cases for system functionality.
- Conduct IT system testing and troubleshoot issues.
- Create training materials for stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst or similar role.
