JOB DETAIL

  • Architect end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce platform that align with business objectives, scalability, security, and performance requirements.
  • Design and Implement enterprise solutions across the customer landscape keeping business challenges and requirements in consideration.
  • Scope, plan and estimate projects or module of work.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and suggest the right enterprise solutions to the customer keeping Salesforce best practices in mind.
  • Continuously assess and optimize the Salesforce platform to enhance user experience, streamline processes, and improve system performance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements, define solution roadmaps, and drive consensus on technical decisions.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation including design, data architecture, integration architecture and implementation guidelines.

 

Qualifications:

  • ~15 years of IT industry experience.
  • Relevant experience of minimum 10+ years of experience in Salesforce
  • A proven functional/technical professional with at least 5 full Lifecycle Salesforce.com implementations and at least 10+ years' experience working with SFDC.
  • Direct experience with Sales, Service, Field Service, Community, CPQ, Platform (application design, architecture and development using Salesforce.com)
  • Experience with new Clouds like Einstein, Health, Retail and CPG Cloud, CDP added advantage.
  • Good to Have - Marketing Cloud/Commerce Cloud Experience
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, API-based integrations, and middleware technologies.
  • Strong technical foundation including, Advanced structured programming - APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java, etc., understanding of RDMS concepts and structures, structured system analysis and design methods, etc.
  • Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of SFDC CRM software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Force.com platform experience, including the limitation of the platform (e.g., API and governor limits)
  • Evaluation of Salesforce.com with third party solutions
  • Supervisory experience from Technical Solutioning, code reviews, assigning technical Tasks.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF preferred.
