·         Designed and oversaw the architecture of Salesforce instances (over 56 instances) and integration with other commercial platforms.

·         Collaborate with other architects to drive platform architecture initiatives and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards.

·         Lead the strategic incorporation of AI through Salesforce Einstein, contributing to the overarching AI roadmap.

·         Engage with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs while aligning with technical standards and best practices.

·         Develop and adapt strategies for data localization to meet regional regulatory requirements

·         Act as a technical expert, providing guidance and leadership in commercial technology solutions beyond Salesforce.

·         Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology trends and developments in commercial technology architecture.

QUALIFICATIONS

·         Proven experience as a Solution Architect in a large enterprise, with a strong focus on Salesforce and an aptitude to engage in other commercial technologies.

·         Expertise in Salesforce Einstein and other AI platforms, with the ability to strategize and implement AI solutions.

·         Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical details into clear business concepts.

·         Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.

·         Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
