JOB DETAIL

 Design and deliver ServiceNow Customer Workflows solutions with a technical architecture designed for long-term success and following ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices. Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with clients to assess current processes and establish future-state processes. Leads daily scrum calls with development team, business analysts, and process owners Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations and priorities. Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities. Coordinate with Platform Architects to ensure designs meet development guidelines and best practices.
