Own the product and work with the technical & product leadership to convert ideas into a great product.

Collaborating across Agile teams and operations

Work closely with stakeholders

Plan and delivery as per customer timelines, set/manage expectations

Participate in software development life cycle (e.g., gathering requirements, analysis and design, development, release and version control, deployment management, monitoring),

Advocate best practices, instil automation wherever possible for efficiency

Review design for feasibility and productionizing

Participate and review Non-Functional requirements, bench marking and profiling

Demonstrate troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Provide continuous improvement ideas to improve efficiency

Mentor and train/plan for training for continuous improvement of the team

Work towards customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

Masters in Computer Science/ Information Science, or equivalent practical experience

12+ years experience in IT industry with 5 years in services organization

Excellent designing and programming skills.

Knowledge on Elastic Search, Snow Flake, Azure Data, Business Rules Engine (Drools, Open Rules, Salesforce), Java, Python, Postgres/MicrosoftSQL Server /Oracle Database/NoSql

Hands on experience on Azure Cloud

Experience in API, Web RWD/PWD development

Good knowledge on Agile methodology, collaborating across agile teams

Exposure to Test Driven Development and experience in programming and testing

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Good time management and organizational skills

Ability to lead by example, motivate others and instil continuous improvement to the team

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in leading/implementing API, SDK development

Experience in leading/implementing rules engine

Experience in Test Driven Development

Experience in Snow Flake/NoSql, Azure Cloud

Knowledge in DevOps pipelines
