The manager wants heavy experience with Banking products (loans, checking , Deposits, commercial banking) and Alteryx. PLEASE SEND ME BANKING BA’S THAT HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH ALTERYX. This is experience with everyday banking, not Capital Markets. Regulation 2052 experience!

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst specializing in Regulation 2052 A with a robust knowledge of Deposits and Lending products. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of Alteryx workflows and demonstrate a track record of leveraging technical solutions to address regulatory requirements effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1.            Regulatory Compliance: Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to Regulation 2052 A compliance.

2.            Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Deposits and Lending products, including their intricacies and regulatory implications.

3.            Alteryx Proficiency: Design and implement Alteryx workflows to streamline data processing and analysis, ensuring efficient compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.

4.            Data Management: Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of data to ensure accuracy and completeness in regulatory reporting.

5.            Business Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that address regulatory obligations effectively.

6.            Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and develop strategies to mitigate regulatory risks.

7.            Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of regulatory processes, workflows, and data sources to support audit and compliance activities.

8.            Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, compliance officers, and IT teams, to ensure alignment on regulatory initiatives and project milestones.

9.            Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance regulatory compliance processes through automation, optimization, and innovation.

 

Qualifications:

•             Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

•             Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical business analyst role, with a focus on regulatory compliance in the financial industry.

•             Expertise in Regulation 2052 A and strong familiarity with Deposits and Lending products.

•             Proficiency in Alteryx and experience designing and implementing workflows for data manipulation and analysis.

•             Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.

•             Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

•             Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.

•             Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, Alteryx Designer) are a plus.
