• Engage with end users and subject matter experts to identify, develop, document, and validate requirements, specifically for SailPoint business and IT roles.
• Employ ad-hoc SQL analysis such as joins, unions and filters to form repeatable logic for attribute-based access control
• Write basic JavaScript to within the SailPoint developer toolset to meet business requirements for roles.
• Maintain traceability from business requirements to functional specifications to technical designs, and ensure that test plans support the above

Required Skills

• Communicate clearly in verbal and written form
• Exhibit superior data analysis skills and SQL knowledge using tools such as Microsoft or Oracle SQL Developer and Excel
• Prior experience in an IAM platform such as SailPoint is preferred but not mandatory
• Document business process flows using tools such as Visio and Lucid Chart
• Display excellent attention to detail and self-direction
