1. Consultants must live in Florida and be available to work in Tallahassee, Florida. We will consider consultants who can relocate to Tallahassee for this role.
2. This is a bid opportunity, and we can submit up to a total of 2 people. We will be making our final decisions by COB Wednesday, June 19, 2024.
3. The consultants are required to be off the week of Christmas and New Year’s unless services are required with prior approval from leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
The Business Analyst professional must have the following minimum qualifications (and these qualifications must be clearly stated on the resume and verifiable via reference checks):
• 5+ years of experience in analyzing external partners functional and technical documents (including file layouts) to identify impacts to agency systems, databases, batch jobs, data cleansing, data conversion, and interfaces.
• 5+ years of experience producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, design, process and data flow, testing, and training.
• 5+ years of experience with data consolidation, editing, and normalizing rules.
• Experience scheduling technical integrations involving multiple resource teams including application developers, database administrators, IT security, and server staff.
• Experience learning and understanding current state of applications and business processes.
• Experience organizing and facilitating training and/or technical presentations.
• Experience facilitating business and technical analysis, design, and planning meetings.
• Experience coordinating with external partners for technology projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Technical knowledge of web, network infrastructure, network communication, and security preferred.
