JOB DETAIL

  • Always outsourced, multiple tech contractors building the diff tech stack, now a lot moved in house
  • Ramped up 10-45/50 employees in the past year
  • Legacy tech stack is a bit disjointed // propriety platform launching NEXT WEEK
  • Salesforce platform is only for internal employees / internal operation perspective, same with the sales cloud/marketing cloud package too. We misused salesforce and marketing cloud…. We built it without the alignment
  • They have a Salesforce admin but they only know sales cloud// need someone with both cloud and marketing 
  • Custom marketing cloud query. We need to figure out how to right size it all
  • New priority tech stack for GO to Market side. That will be next week
  • We want salesforce to still support what it needs to CRM
  • Trying to dis entangle salesforce/marketing cloud functionality
  • They feel good on the product marketing side. We have not yet built up the muscle on the salesforce side. Sales cloud/marketing cloud understand how they work together but project 1 is we recently learned that Sales Cloud can support emails coming from sales cloud from an automated way vs. manually. Help set it up.
  • Its not complex from what we need it to do // need to fix a bad build
  • This person will help with the releases

  • Marketing cloud/Sales cloud// admin in both of those
  • Future thinking//downstream implications
  • Future proof // so we are not building upon things just to build upon things
  • Help us build the right thing the right way
  • Part time for hours: 5-10 hours a week// adhoc flexing to 15

    • Years of experience: knowledge is the most impactful
  • We are about to embark on a data migration project as well.
  • Structure in place by august
    • It's aligned to some of the project releases / vs. being on our legacy tech stack
