• Develop high-quality software solutions using .NET technologies
• Design and implement AWS cloud-based applications and services
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure smooth operation of applications
• Stay updated with industry best practices and technologies to continuously improve our development processes
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10 years of experience as a .NET Developer, with a strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework
• Hands-on experience with AWS services
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture and best practices
• Previous experience in the Insurance industry is highly preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
