•             Hands-on experience with ISO 20022 for Payments and Cash Management

•             Sound knowledge of ISO 20022 message schemes

•             Sound knowledge of Customer Credit Transfer, Payment Status Messages and Returns

•             Working knowledge of FedNow and guiding principles

•             Prior experience as a System Analyst / Business Analyst in an implementation of one of the following – SWIFT CBPR+ or TCH-RTP or FedNow or SEPA or Target 2

•             Hands on experience with data mapping, data lineage, data quality

•             Know-how of data modeling – Entity Relationship Diagrams, Data Dictionary, etc

•             Must know how to read XML Schema Definition (XSDs) and have the knowledge of leveraging XSDs to develop XML

•             Sound understanding of Payments Architecture and role of various components within the architecture – pertinent to Instant Payments

•             Know-how of IBM MQ series

•             Strong in developing process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, logical architecture diagrams and physical architecture diagrams

•             Strong written and verbal effective communication skills

•             Experience in interacting with clients at all levels with confidence

•             Strong conflict resolution skills

•             Must be flexible with timing as the individual is expected to interact with the team in India

•             Must be able to identify test scenarios and work with testing team to define test cases

Nice to Have skills:

•             Knowledge of Wires processing, ACH and other transaction banking rails

•             Knowledge of Instant Payment rails

•             Configuration of IBM MQ

•             Ability to write test cases
