- A minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design, and at an intermediate-level skill in:
- triage and troubleshooting applications
- eliciting and documenting business requirements
- project management.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience using analytical support documentation and automated tools, including:
- Business Process documentation (e.g., Use Cases, work-flow diagrams, reference guides, user manuals),
- Service Management support applications, and
- Business Intelligence analysis applications (writing SQL queries).
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience (within the last five (5) years) as a business analyst. May include experience in one or more of the following business analysis activities: state project approval lifecycle (PAL) documentation development, application requirements analysis, business process analysis or re-engineering (e.g., supporting conversion and transition to a new application), application testing, or user training.
Baccalaureate-level degree in relevant technical specialty, such as computer science, management information systems, computer engineering, software engineering
