Overview: We're looking for an Analytics Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our team, you'll be responsible for analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation for web and omni-channel activities. This role involves collaborating with Product Owners to understand customer experiences and managing time-sensitive deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct analytics, reporting, and data wrangling.
• Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards using Adobe Cloud, Quantum Metrics, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to understand customer experience on web pages and transactional flows.
• Manage time-sensitive deliverables for multiple teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (mathematics, economics, statistics, computer science, electrical engineering, physics, etc.) or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of analytical experience in enterprise eCommerce, including transaction views, error analysis, and customer experience feedback.
• Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metrics, Power BI.
• Proactive problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
