Minimum of 5 years functional experience in Payroll. 
Experience with Payroll and time and attendance systems such as Oracle, PeopleSoft or Kronos/eTime is preferred.
Strong working knowledge of core HR/PR modules and configuration
Excellent analytical, team building and interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented with expertise in written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
Oracle BI query experience with the ability to create complex queries is preferred.
