We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer / Modeler to join our team as a Business Associate.
With 14-18 years of experience, the ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytics to drive business insights and outcomes, using tools such as MS Power BI, MS SQL Server, Power BI Service, and Power BI Report Server.
Should be Green card holder or US Citizen. 810 Complaint.

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Conduct advanced data analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
- Utilize MS Power BI to create dynamic, interactive reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights.
- Manage and optimize MS SQL Server databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Implement Power BI Service and Power BI Report Server solutions to ensure seamless data reporting and visualization across the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data validation and quality control measures.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies in analysis and business intelligence.
- Provide training and support to team members on analysis techniques and BI tools.
- Develop and maintain documentation for analysis processes and BI reporting systems.
- Optimize data workflows to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-insight for key stakeholders.
