We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Conversational AI Engineer who excels at designing and implementing chat systems using the Kore.ai platform. Our ideal candidate is well-versed in Node.js code and has a robust understanding of other Conversational AI platforms like Bot Framework, PVA, and Cognigy. This role is instrumental in revolutionizing our customer interactions through top-tier AI technology.
Responsibilities
1. Architect, develop, test, and enhance chatbots using the Kore.ai platform.
2. Implement advanced natural language processing systems.
3. Develop high-quality, scalable chat solutions using Node.js or/and Python.
4. Work closely with various teams to define, create, and integrate new features.
5. Drive application design and development processes from start to finish.
6. Analyze and improve existing systems, bearing in mind budget constraints and technical complexity.
7. Utilize cloud computing for efficient bot deployment to a worldwide clientele.
8. Stay updated with latest trends and advancements within AI and chatbot technologies.
Requirements:
1. A Masters/Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
2. A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in software development.
3. Expertise in the Kore.ai chatbot platform.
4. Proven experience in Node.js, with a good understanding of other programming languages (i.e: Python).
5. Firm grasp on cloud-based application deployment.
6. Deep knowledge of AI, machine learning, natural language processing and associated technologies.
7. Extensive experience with other Conversational AI platforms like Bot Framework, PVA, Cognigy are an added advantage.
8. Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
9. Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Ability to adjust and thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
