Work with the line of business to design solutions to incorporate software changes and effectively work with business partners to ensure effective implementation. Work closely with product owner to ensure that user stories have enough specificity and clarity for the software developers to effectively meet customer needs. Follow industry and organizational best practices and standards to implement and maintain new features and capabilities while continuously improving the quality of our technical products and services. Achieve operational excellence by automating processes and creating maintainable, supportable, and testable solutions. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology field or equivalent combination of education and work experience 6+ years of IT experience.
• Wholesale payment industry experience is a plus Demonstrated experience in key IT Service Management areas (Incident, Problem, Knowledge and Change Management)
• Proficient mainframe Cobol/JCL/DB2 developer platform Familiarity with networking concepts and requesting network services: Routing, Firewalls, NATs, etc. Working knowledge of real-time messaging and batch file transfer implementation and troubleshooting using different packages and methodologies (MQ, FTP, SCP, Sterling, etc).
• Experience working knowledge of change management practices, agile and scrum methodologies.
• Experience with application databases in Oracle, MS-SQL and DB2 to include table design, table updates, query design, table load. Experienced developer with IBM Mainframe technologies (TSO/Roscoe, COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, JCL, SAS, Debug).
• Knowledge of NACHA/ACH preferred, Fiserv PEP+. Skills Knowledge of test automation tools and processes, agile project management
