We are currently seeking a developer  with experience in

the following:

Enterprise Software Engineer | Salesforce Developer

 

 

The Enterprise Software Engineer for Salesforce.com works with various business partners, project

managers, functional analysts, system analysts, developers, quality assurance and production

support teams to deliver on various initiatives supporting various CRM functions. This will include

translating business requirements into solutions, writing detailed requirements, creating detailed

design, implementing the same, and providing production and operational support (including basic

system support, troubleshooting, configuration, development, general operations and maintenance

of the various solutions). Typical engagements are a combination of sales transformation, service

transformation, marketing transformation, analytics, force platform-based innovation and

development, change management, production support and training.

Job Qualifications:

? Required: Bachelor's degree in computer related field or equivalent work experience

? Certification(s) Preferred: Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, and/or Salesforce.com

Certified Developer, Salesforce.com Certified Sales/Service Consultant, Salesforce CPQ

? Experience: Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of

success directing efforts in a technology firm

? Experience in working with Systems Requirements, Project and Program Management,

Systems Design and Delivery, Quality Assurance, and Infrastructure

? Deep functional or technical expertise in applications on the Salesforce platform -- Sales

Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Financial Force, Pardot

? Demonstrated leadership, proactive mindset, interpersonal skills

? Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions in client-

facing and team leadership roles

? Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing, and

prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical

business solutions under multiple deadlines.

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience

? Demonstrated experience in mentoring, training, and coaching of less experienced

development resources

? Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

? Ability to conduct an analysis of business needs, including scheduling meetings, planning

agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting, and making verbal and written

presentations

? Demonstrated experience in working with various geographically diverse associates and

vendor Partners

? Demonstrated on-time and on-budget system delivery skills and experience

? Strong knowledge of organization policies and procedures

? Demonstrated knowledge of systems and application technologies and architecture

? Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining business continuity including disaster

recovery, and failover plans.

? Demonstrated experience in using combination of Toolsets (that includes JIRA, GitHub,

Copado, GearSet, etc.) to deliver systems.

? Demonstrated experience in creating, maintaining, and improving processes, metrics, SLAs

for the various interfaces, systems, uptime etc.

? Minimum of 3 years' experience in creating Salesforce.com technical requirements, involving

configuration setup Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com functional and technical best

practices and methodologies.

 

? Implementing system applications, software configurations, and XML or other related coding

in the following CRM technological product suites: Salesforce.com, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot,

or other SaaS and On-Premise ERP

? Demonstrated experience in working with batch interfaces, schedulers with dependencies

etc.

? Leveraging Business transformation skills with a track record of successful change

enablement with quantifiable results.

? Utilizing analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simple and

actionable tasks.

? Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment.

? Travel required for this position up to 10% based on project needs
