JOB DETAIL

• Ensure alignment between the team's efforts and desired outcomes.

• Take charge of refining and prioritizing the team's backlog.

• Implement agile methodologies within a collaborative, dynamic product development setting.

• Manage the product backlog, ensuring user stories are in line with overarching product goals.

• Assist Product Manager(s) in identifying and resolving technical issues, both present and future.

• Lead the team in assessing platform changes necessary to support specific business features.

• Effectively plan and allocate team resources using Rally stories, while forecasting future capacity requirements.

• Ensure feature refinement meets the "definition of ready," with acceptance criteria completed to the "definition of done."

• Cultivate a culture of ownership, follow-through, and collaboration.

• Identify and address risks, challenges, opportunities, and integration needs.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration within the product scope.

• Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog in line with Outcomes and Product Roadmap.

• Collaborate closely with design and technology teams to develop, test, and deliver defined capabilities, iterating as needed.

• Conduct sprint-related or general functionality reviews and demonstrations with external partners and customers.

• Coordinate communication and resolution of risks, issues, and changes related to the product backlog.

• Create documentation highlighting gaps in the end user experience post-production launches.
