• Experience in Mobile, API and Web automation.
• Experience in designing the framework like Web driver IO, TestNG
• Experience with automation framework tools like Appium, Selenium on Tech Stack Flutter.
• Experience with Mobile Cloud test lab – AWS Device Farm, pCloudy, Firebase, SauceLabs Browser Stack etc.
• Build and maintain scripts in Java/Java script and run them on regular basis.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline creation and reporting integration with Jira, slack, and other tools.
• Versioning and code build tools like Git, SVN
• Understanding of TDD and BDD.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of functional testers in testing web and mobile applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Be hands-on and conduct functional testing, coordination, and team leadership in a multi-vendor environment.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and user stories.
• Identify, prioritize, and report defects using issue tracking systems, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with offshore teams to coordinate testing activities and ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.
• Participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, and sprint planning sessions to provide input on testability and quality aspects.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide regular updates on testing progress and issues.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

• 9 to 12 years of experience in functional testing of web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
• Proficient in creating detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of working effectively with offshore teams in a distributed development environment.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
