The project involves modernizing DMV’s communication mechanism with AAMVA from Mainframe Unified Network Interface (MF UNI) to RESTful API to meet sunsetting requirements by 2028. The modernization effort will leverage transitional integration architecture to migrate DMV applications in a phased manner to the new integration mechanism

 Mandatory Skills:

• Focused on creating technical alignment for the full solution rather than specific components. 
• The Solution Architect works with DMV’s portfolio manager and stakeholders and vendors, ensuring architectural direction aligns with the Solution intent. 
• The Solution Architect proposes necessary Solution Architecture changes to DMV and other Contractor leads for review and approval.
