Experience leading large-scale training development, execution, and documentation efforts at both a project and portfolio level

Experience leading training development and execution of large-scale process changes and software solution integrations with multiple business units

Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools

Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of IT software development lifecycles

Good understanding of large organization issues, structure, and business acumen

Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
