JOB DETAIL

  • The Business Analyst will ensure that business requirements are thoroughly understood and documented, enabling the IT team to develop effective analytics and reporting solutions that meet the Quality organizational needs.

  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with Quality stakeholders to identify and understand their needs and objectives.

  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed requirements.

  • Documentation: Develop clear and detailed requirement documents, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.

  • Create process flow diagrams, data models, and use cases

  • Communication: Act as a liaison between Quality areas, program office and the IT team, ensuring requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.

  • Facilitate regular meetings and updates between Quality stakeholders and the development team.

  • Analysis and Support: Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

  • Validate requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment with Quality goals.

  • Provide ongoing support to Quality areas and IT during the implementation phase facilitating demonstrations to confirm requirements.

  • Testing: Assist in the development of test plans, test scripts as well as participate in system and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Certifications: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) certification.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a a healthcare, biotech or pharmaceutical industry.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in requirement documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Understanding Validation principles and practices in a healthcare, biotech or pharmaceutical environment

  • Understanding of database concepts and SQL is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-team environment with several stakeholders from different disciplines and backgrounds

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Knowledge of Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Familiarity with business process modeling and reengineering.

  • Understanding of Computer System Validation in a healthcare setting
