JOB DETAIL

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);

• Experience with programming/systems analysis experience (2+ years);

• Experience with application development using Oracle Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL;

• Experience with Database development through PL/SQL triggers, packages, procedures, functions and other objects;

• Experience with Operating system and ETL development with AIX Kornshell scripting;

• Experience Writing comprehensive test scripts for developer testing of Oracle applications

management of assigned projects and prioritize workload to ensure project deadlines are met

work closely with end users in defining and documenting requirements;

 

Preferred:

• Professional experience within an Oracle environment; comfort and knowledge of Oracle 12g and Oracle 19c;

• Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports (10g and higher), Oracle Databases (11g and higher), PL/SQL;

• Experience with Oracle Application Server and WebLogic;

• Experience with migrating from Oracle 11g to Oracle 12c to 19 c;

• Experience with Unix AIX and Kornshell scripting;

• Experience with TOAD or Ultra Edit;

• Experience with Rapid Application Development and prototyping;

• Certification in Oracle PL/SQL

 

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Execute all design stages from the test environment to QA and move-to-production of final files

• Write software user manuals and technical documentation;

• Transfer of knowledge to the team is expected through individual mentoring and/or planned group training for Oracle Forms, Report and PL/SQL;

• Communicate technical information effectively;

• Work in a team environment with multiple developers, consultants and project managers;

• Collaborate development efforts and work within a standards-based environment;

• Design curriculum to train developers in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
